“Helping you find a team that fits your passion is one of our favorite things in life.”

Host Team

The first smile, the first warm greeting, or the first simple gesture of opening the door. Host Team goes first, making the initial impression on our first-time visitors and letting people know, from the start, that they’re welcome here. It can be something as simple as offering a kind word or directing drivers to an open parking space that makes the difference for someone new. Mighty work can be done in a heart through even the simplest of actions. You could find a place on Host Team. You could be a part of those going first, those with the first chance to connect with those new hearts.

Communication

Design a poster. Print a program. Canvas the city with banners, invite cards, billboards and little scribbled notes on the back of coffeehouse napkins – anything to get the word out. The people of Lexington, the people beyond Lexington – the people of the planet, period – need to know that they’re welcome. And you can let them know. Communication means reaching out. Reaching out to those lost people out there, directionless, who just need a roadmap home. Come be a mapmaker.

Teen Ministry

Hindsight’s 20/20. We can look back on our pasts today with the vision we’ve found in the present – remembering the times when we really could have used a helping hand. But what if now that helping hand could come from you? Through our teen ministry, Fused, it’s possible. What would it have been like if you could have had people investing in you through the years of junior high and high school? You can help to create focused, relevant, community-enriching experiences specifically for our students. The ones who might just really need a helping hand.

KidsQuest

We have a heart for people-people of every age. Here at Quest, we have the privilege of ministering to tons of kids, people just starting out on life’s journey. Our KidsQuest volunteers have a blast creating a genuine, open environment that kids can truly connect with. In KidsQuest, our children find relevant teaching in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. We want the time kids spend at KidsQuest to be the highlight of their week! You could lead a group, host fun activities or play a part in putting on shows with our Flip’t Family Theatre. If you have a heart for young people, if you just love kids and really want to make a difference, then come check out KidsQuest.

Multimedia Team

A core theme of Quest is “not what you’d expect,” and multimedia is a primary tool we use to grab each visitor’s attention and drive home the message of our weekend services. You could help fuel that drive, by producing cool, custom, contemporary videos. Or running the cameras that keep our singers and musicians zoomed in and piped out to those three giant screens. Or even recording the whole thing, so that even people who weren’t there in person can be blown away by the explosive surge of energy that ignites each and every worship experience to come out of 410 Sporting Court. A church really can be on the cutting edge – and you can be there with it.
