All around you can see the evidence that we are making room for more! From the new campus in Frankfort to the auditorium and building that is taking shape at Quest in Lexington, there are exciting changes going on. New Building Construction
March 2010
- Sidewalk poured in West Plaza
- Tile installed in connector area
- Divider wall installed in old auditorium

June 2009
- Glass on the west atrium and offices has been installed
- Concrete slab on the connector is complete
- Framing on fire places is complete
- Stone work prep at West entrance and fireplaces has started
- Drywall of the corridor is complete
- Framing on the Source has started
- Steel on the stage has been installed
- Concrete on the stage has been poured
- Concrete in the prayer room, duplication room, video room,family care room and foyer have been poured
- Balcony steel is complete
- Framing under the balconies has started
- Concrete completed on side banks and balcony
- Concrete completed on the connector bridge
- Blue EIFS completed
- Sewer line has been connected
- Main Power Distribution Panel brought online and temporary transformer removed
- Fire alarm and Security wiring has been installed
- Electrical and plumbing in West atrium are roughed in and ready for drywall

- Excavation of stage area started.
- Framing of 2nd floor offices and board room complete.
- Installation of house lighting bars started.
- Green room stairs installed.
- Connecting corridor roof dried in.
- Balcony steel delivered and ready to install.
- Old stair tower in West atrium removed to make room in atrium.
March 2009
- Plumbing rough in for the atrium restroom and Global Café is complete.
- Second floor mezzanine in new atrium has been poured.
- VAC units are set in place on the roof.
- Caissons have been dug and poured, prepping for the balcony installation.
- HVAC ductwork in the auditorium is complete!
- Catwalk has been installed.
- EIFS installation has started.
- Demo of old office wing is complete, making room for the new Source and Café sitting area.
- Roof installation will start next week.
- Excavation of auditorium floor will begin next week.
Februrary 2009
Our auditorium is under roof and the gutters and downspouts have been installed! The stage mezzanines concrete has been poured, and the West atrium has been erected. Concrete work on the stage area and the plumbing rough has started. The decking is also going down in the new atrium mezzanine and concrete will be poured very soon! Check out the pictures!
January 2009
- Our new auditorium is now under roof!
- Siding will start this week.
- Keep an eye out for a crane as we put up the steel for the connecting hallway between old & new buildings.
- The west atrium steel will go up very soon.
- Electrical rough in is essentially done and duct work for HVAC will start to be installed this week. If it warms up enough, we could start pouring concrete for stage mezzanines!
December 2008
Construction is on schedule & the final pieces of the auditorium steel are up. We are looking forward to having the main building under roof by Christmas. Electrical & mechanical have started in the auditorium & the West atrium & connecting corridor will start soon! Check out the latest pictures!
October – November 2008: The Building is Really Beginning to Take Shape!
Starting at the end of October, the metal frames for the roof and sides began going up! To date, over half of the auditorium now has metal frames, check out these pictures of the building beginning to take shape!
September – October 2008: New Parking Lot Paved and Wall Going Up
In September we completed the new parking lot and added over 600 new parking spaces right next to our building! In addition, the walls of the new auditorium began going up! Click here to see pictures of the newly paved parking lot and the beginning of the walls to the new building.
May- August 2008: Ground Breaking and a New Parking Lot!
In May we broke ground on our new building that will house a brand new auditorium, the Source and Global Cafe and much more. In addition, we began work on a brand new parking lot that provides 600 additional parking spaces! Check out these pictures of the groundbreaking and beginnings of the new parking lot!
